I request and authorise O’Hagan Contracting to enter on to the property situated at the address specified in the “Address for Service” above.
That access is for the purpose of servicing, maintaining, or repairing water or waste water utilities as outlined in the “Work Outline” above
This servicing is to occur as part of a scheduled servicing programme every six months and when requested by the customer to attend a “breakdown”.
This servicing is to be carried out in accordance with local or Regional Council requirement related to the utility at the time of servicing. I agree that O’Hagan Contracting may supply information to the Council about the serviceability of any utility as required by present or future legislation.
I understand that O’Hagan Contracting will make the following charge for scheduled service visits $150.00 + GST per service. The scope of the work carried is limited to the tasks required to complete the service checklist. Any repairs essential to the correct function of your plant will be carried out and charged accordingly. Every attempt will be made to contact you prior to this occurring.
I understand that this or any service agreement or document offered by O’Hagan Contracting in no way constitutes a warranty or guarantee to the performance or serviceability of any system, plant, or utility.
Payment terms 7 days from date of invoice. Goods remain the property of O’Hagan Contracting until paid in full.
